The Southwestern Association of Volunteer Firemen

Incorporated in the State of New York is dedicated to the volunteer fire service in

Allegany  Cattaraugus  Chautauqua  Erie Counties

Its purpose is to promote a closer relationship between volunteer fire companies and individual members thereof; The science of fire prevention, fire fighting, and emergency relief; to guard the welfare of the volunteer firefighter in every lawful way; and to uphold the high ideals of the fire service.
